Known as the crown jewel, it is a large island in Green Bay. Don’t miss the Stavkirke a replica of a style of church common in Norway during medieval times. It is a reminder of the many Scandinavian settlers to the area.

WHITEFISH DINES STATE PARK Walk along the sandy dunes, the highest in Wisconsin. History buffs will love the nature centre within the park, home to 8 significant Native American villages from 100 B.C to the late 1800’s. Bird watching is also popular at the park.
