Beginning with a story as part of the St. Regis Rituals and hosted in the resort’s grand Wine Vault, the Masterclass is followed by a one-of-a-kind Sabrage Menu featuring a selection of indulgent dishes paired with champagne including a Golden Potato topped with crème fraîche, Ossetra Caviar, and chive flower, Foie Gras Custard Brulée, Champagne Sorbet with Chambord and raspberry, and Land vs. Sea dishes.
Available as a private experience or for groups of up to eight guests monthly, and priced at $500 per guest, this exclusive offering will afford guests the thrilling opportunity, if they so choose, to saber their own champagne bottle.
