“The three year old hotel’s allure is its prime location – set amidst the bustling commercial Waikiki Beach Walk, minutes from swanky Kalakaua Avenue (Luxury Row) and steps from fabled Waikiki beach…456 residences, 6 penthouses and ownership options available. My studio with a small kitchenette, large marble bath, lanai and ocean view decorated with Gauguin inspired paintings felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. A small fully equipped gym and spa sit on the same level as the inviting and comfortable library (more like a business centre). The attentive staff always greeted me with aloha and offered cool water whenever I left the hotel. This service is taken to its highest form with Trump Attaché
which is like an elevated concierge service offering everything from booking private jets and limousine to business services.
[don’t miss] Johan Svensson chef de cuisine at BLT (Bistro Laurent Tourondel) Steak who calls the menu, “sophisticated steakhouse with some Asian touches.”
