As Uruguay’s signature varietal, tannat is known as intense yet approachable. Hailing from the remote Ometepe region of Uruguay it is blended with Cabernet Franc from Brazil’s Santa Barbara vineyard. The result is silky, with blackberry, cherry and subtle spice, good tannins and long finish.
