Ingredients
1½ oz Rémy Martin VSOP
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
7 to 10 mint leaves
3 oz sparkling water
Method
Place mint leaves, Rémy Martin VSOP, sugar and lime juice in the glass, muddle and add crushed ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves.
