Set amidst the beautiful Pa’u a Laka (Moir Gardens), this former plantation manor features delicious Hawaiian classics and Pacific Rim cuisine. Chef Ken Morikawa excels at delicious, comforting flavours from the well seasoned poke to the traditional lau lau (seafood cooked in ti leaves), served with rice and stir fried vegetables. Sipping mai tais in the last rays of the setting sun, finishing the last bites of lilikoi (passionfruit) cheesecake from the wrap around open air verandah is a quintessential Kauai experience.
