Alter Eco Organic Royal Rainbow Quinoa is cultivated high in the Bolivian salt flats, where Quechua and Aymara farmers grow the USDA organic and Fair for Life multicoloured pearl shaped mother grain. The grains add texture to salads and in less than 30 minutes, CSL testers created a fluffy pilaf style side with kale, sautéed pumpkin and tangy dressing.
