Gochujang  A staple of Korean cooking – a spicy, fermented condiment made from red chili, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, and salt.

Fish Sauce A staple in Southeast Asian cuisine.  Salty and potent alone, when combined with other ingredients, it imparts a delicate savoury element.

Tamari This soy sauce is thicker and less salty than traditional soy. It is also suitable for the gluten intolerant.
