BCfresh Vegetables Pearl Potatoes
Place chopsticks on either side of potato. Cut through potato horizontally (in rounds), ¾ of the way down. Do not slice through all the way.
5 cloves garlic, diced
Slice garlic thinly and insert 2-3 pieces between the sliced potato
½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper and ½ tsp. smoked paprika
2 sprigs thyme
Insert thyme sprigs into the rest of the slices of potato
3 Tbsp. butter
Top with small pats of butter
½ cup cream
Tightly pack potatoes in casserole dish and pour over ½ cup cream.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes until golden.
