The juice bar, kitchen and store in Poipu offers delicious pre-prepared food, sit down meals and is set to expand.
Owners Howard Warner and Jeff Sacchini purchased Living Foods Market two years ago. “The ‘aha’ moment was meeting with local vendors and being able to support them,” says Sacchini.
The market concept is split between a store side (with an array of local produce and handpicked imports) and the kitchen (which includes a juice bar, freshly prepared food, and grab-and-go items).
While the market is undergoing an expansion which will enlarge its kitchen offerings, its current standouts include pizza, poke bowls and sandwiches from Chef Justin Kai.
