Begin in a seated position. Inhale as you bend the knees keeping the feet flat on the floor. bring your hands to the side of your thighs with your fingers pointed forward. Exhale as you lean back lifting your heels five centimetres off the floor. Ensure your spine is straight, your chest is open and shoulder blades pressed together.
Slowly straighten and lift your legs straight up in front of you. Move your arms parallel to the floor, palms facing down. Hold for 2-5 breaths. To release, exhale and bend the knees, and return to sitting position.
