Ingredients
¾ oz Giffard Poire William
1 oz Yuzu wine
½ oz elderflower syrup
3 oz pear juice
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
