Serves 1
Glass: coupe

INGREDIENTS
1 and ¼ oz 12 Year Old whisky (such as DEWARS)
½ oz Apricot Liqueur
¾ oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3-4 Raspberries
½ oz egg white (or aquafaba)

METHOD
Shake all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with discarded lemon zest and raspberry.
