Enjoying Winter (even when it’s so cold your face hurts)
Trying your best to beat the blues? The days when the windchill drops to the minus twenty something mark, your hair is flat as a pancake (because: central heating), and you’re happy eating soup three meals a day. But, there are little things you can do to slow down and Romanticize Your Winter Life, because after all, this season was made for rest.

2. Embrace your inner child: Go sledding/tobogganing (it helps if you go with a pal), make snow angels, or walk in nature.
3. Do a social media detox: Rest your mind at home (no doom scrolling allowed).
4. Plan a staycation: A cozy cabin in the mountains sounds good, right?
5. Go to a Fun Event: Ice sculpting competition- sign me up!
