INGREDIENTS
1¼ oz Single Malt Scotch whisky
¾ oz simple syrup
chilled chamomile or white tea
Cubed ice
Lemon twist (or edible flowers) for garnish
METHOD
Add the whisky and simple syrup to a highball glass. Stir the ingredients together and add cubed ice. Top with iced tea, and stir. Add lemon twist or edible flowers as garnish.
