
This cocktail sports an unusual green colour, attractive for summer barbecues.
Serves 2.
Combine 1 ½ ounces (45 ml) tequila, ½ ounce (15 ml) triple sec, ½ ounce (30 ml) blue Curacao, 6 ounces (180 ml) orange juice and 6 ounces (180 ml) passion fruit juice with ½ cup (125 ml) of ice in a blender until smooth.
Garnish with a slice of orange, a slice of lime and a cherry.
