INGREDIENTS
½ oz elderflower syrup
3 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz sparkling water
1 sprig mint
METHOD
Muddle mint in serving glass and let stand for a few minutes. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add elderflower syrup and pomegranate juice and shake vigorously. Pour in serving glass and top with sparkling water and garnish with mint sprig.
