A mouth watering dessert that tops off any meal
¼ cup (60 ml) dark chocolate, chopped
¼ cup (60 ml) milk chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter
2 tablespoons (30 ml) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) almond flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (178 degrees C). Grease 4 small ramekins and set aside. Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler until thick and glossy. Meanwhile stir together eggs and sugar. Add egg mixture to chocolate and stir until incorporated. Add almond flour until incorporated. Pour into each of the 4 ramekins. Bake for 8 minutes or until top is cooked but centre is gooey. (pictured here drizzled with ganache and garnished with strawberries and blackberries)
