Owned by Chef Peter Merriman, Merriman’s Fish House Kauai is considered a pioneer in the “Farm-to-Table” movement in Hawaii, with 90% of the ingredients being locally sourced. We began our meal with crispy Kunana Dairy chevre salad with Kula strawberries, and Hirabara Farms Earth grown lettuce and finished with incredible Nihau ono served with kale, lemon, and local squash.
