On National Margarita Day celebrate with this unusual twist on the classic
it’s Always 5 o’clock Somewhere!  kick back and celebrate with a tasty tipple from
Gili Lankanfushi, Maldives, the Gili-Rita

Served up shoreside at Gili Lankfanfushi, known for its rustic-luxe villas surrounded by crystal blue waters, the Gili-Rita is a true beauty created by Bar Captain Shviu. Paying homage to the incredible flora native to the sub-Indian continent, the cocktail’s jewel in the crown is the butterfly-pea flower found in the island’s organic garden. The blue flower is soaked in sugar syrup for 24 hours to give the drink the striking purple hue. Looking to brighten your day? Why not bring a taste of paradise to your evening at home.
