This luxury hotel in Portugal’s beautiful Coimbra region, has just opened a brand new spa. Formerly the Viscondessa do Espinhal Palace, the hotel was transformed into the country’s first boutique hotel and is classified as a Historical Heritage Building of Public Interest.

In early 2023, the hotel opened their Kids Yoga wellness program for children between the ages of five and twelve. The program teaches kids to focus and center themselves by using several different breathing and visualization techniques, as well as ways to improve their coordination, increase flexibility and strengthen their bodies through yoga poses.
