This Light Lillet Paloma Hits the Spot

Make the classic cocktail with a French twist

Made in a small village in the Bordeaux region, the wine-based apéritif, Lillet, has been made since 1872. The mild floral, herbal and citrus notes of this liqueur (similar to those found in vermouth), can be sipped alone, or used to enhance cocktails. This Lillet Paloma is light, refreshing and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

1 part Lillet Rosé

Slice of fresh grapefruit

Simple Syrup to taste

Dash of Lemon Juice

Ice cubes

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice, shake and strain over fresh ice in highball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and pinch of kosher salt.
