This Refreshing Gin Cocktail Will Be Your Summer Go-To

A refreshing crisp take on a classic Tom Collins using freshly made green juice and Crab Apple infused gin.

City Style and Living Summer 2023 The Botanist and Tonic with Elderflower and Grapefruit

1½ oz (50 ml) The Botanist Islay Dry Gin

¾ oz (25 ml) Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

½ oz (15 ml) Elderflower cordial

Premium tonic water

A sprig of thyme and grapefruit wheel to garnish


Mix The Botanist, grapefruit and elderflower cordial in a mixing glass

Pour into an ice-filled highball

Top up with tonic water

Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wheel
