Ingredients
1½ oz (50 ml) The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
¾ oz (25 ml) Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
½ oz (15 ml) Elderflower cordial
Premium tonic water
A sprig of thyme and grapefruit wheel to garnish
Method
Mix The Botanist, grapefruit and elderflower cordial in a mixing glass
Pour into an ice-filled highball
Top up with tonic water
Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a grapefruit wheel
