1/ Avocado and Sriracha
Creamy avocado paired with a pinch of salt, freshly cracked and spicy sriracha and sesame seeds takes avocado toast to new heights.
2/ Boiled Egg with Fresh Cracked Pepper
A simple, medium boiled egg is a beautiful thing. Top with fragrant cracked pepper for a hint of heat.
3/ Cucumber and Herbed Ricotta
Take fresh ricotta, add freshly chopped mint, lemon zest and salt with a drizzle of olive oil, followed by thin slices of crisp cucumber for a refreshing bite.
4/ Heirloom Tomato and Aged Cheddar
Slice sharp cheddar and layer a few pieces with a few mini heirloom tomatoes – a southern favourite.

With hygge now the term du jour, it didn’t take long before the Scandi-culinary equivalent stepped into the picture.
