Red, white or bubbly, why choose? Whether it’s a picnic or a simple salad, CSL has a bottle for you.

FOR A PICNIC

Outdoor picnics are the epitome of feel-good summer activities, and these days, one of the few activities we can all still pursue.  They can be as casual or upscale as you want – a real fresh air restaurant meets Dutch party.  Celebrate the simple pleasures with abbreviated bottles of bubbles, that are as easy to carry as they are to sip.

Ruffino Prosecco (375ml)

Pommery Pop (200ml)

FOR FRESH SALADS AND AL FRESCO DINING

Lighter fare doesn’t have to mean formulaic wine pairings.  Case in point, a beautifully bright, colourful beet salad that requires a glass of wine that is not too acidic or that would compete with both the dressing and sweetness of the beets themselves.  We’ve chosen a red and white that will spice up tastebuds.

Emiliana Signos de Origen ‘La Vinilla’ Chardonnay – Viognier – Marsanne – Roussanne

Generosity of fruit, and layers of flavour dominated by orchard fruit, and delicate green apple with soft buttery notes and well calibrated acidity.

1884 Reservado Malbec 2018

The rich, deep purple colour gives way to ripe dark berry and plum, a result of fruit from high altitude vineyards.  Tannins are smooth yet concentrated with delicate oak and complexity that lingers.
