Cut 2 chicken thighs into small pieces. Add 1 tbsp. oil to a wok. Fry chicken until cooked with 2 tbsp. Sushi Chef Dark Soy Sauce. Add, 5 cloves garlic, diced. Add 1 tsp. Thai kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste. Add 1 tbsp. sugar to sauteed chicken together with garlic, fish sauce, roasted chili paste. Add 1 tbsp. Thai Kitchen fish sauce. Remove from heat and finish by tossing in 1 cup Thai basil.
Note: while you can use Italian basil in the recipe, Thai basil gives the dish its distinct flavour.
