INGREDIENTS
1½ oz. gin (Bombay Sapphire
Premier Cru)
¾ oz. Lemon
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Limoncello
METHOD
Simple Syrup is made by combining equal parts sugar and water.
Combine all ingredients into your shaker tin and shake hard. Strain into your coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
