Think you only need a humidifier during the cold, dry winter months? Think again. In the spring and summer, a humidifier (on the cool mist setting) can provide moisture to the dry air of mountain climates, and relieve symptoms of the cold and allergies. If you use an air conditioner it can also help balance the moisture lost. Just be aware that because the air is warmer you need to run your humidifier less often. CSL’s pick? Homedics Warm and Cool Mist Ultrasonic Tower Humidifier.
