DID YOU KNOW?

Though not thought of as a typical summer fruit in North America, dragon fruit (or, pitaya) is actually native to Mexico and parts of central America, along the Pacific coasts of Guatemala, Costa Rica, and El Salvador. The seeds of the refreshing, mildly sweet fruit, are high in linoleic acid and vitamin C.

COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

Power, strength, good luck, and prosperity, these qualities conjure images of the mystical beast. While these are obvious interpretations, Dragons in Chinese culture also ‘breathe clouds’, and are enigmatic, focused, intelligent, and wise – and so the symbol of the Dragon holds ‘The Pearl of Wisdom’.
