Did you know?

A general rule in cocktail making is that if it contains citrus, egg, cream, or any opaque ingredient, then you shake it? The act of shaking both chills and dilutes the drink, and makes it ready to sip, instantly.  Simply add five to ten cubes, count to ten, until the exterior of the shaker become frosty; strain and serve.
