Sake is one of the purest styles of alcoholic beverages. Made in the traditional style, using only water, yeast and rice (known as junmai), Gekkeikan was established in Folsom, California in 1989, and has continued brewing production consistently over the decades. Served warm (45°C) or chilled, with or without food, the citrus notes and light earthiness with balanced acidity and mild minerality make it an all rounder.
